This was a 600 Client migration Project, leveraging Windows upgrade manager to provision the systems from 8 to 10. It was a very successful operation though there were some software hardware/compatibility lags here and there. Some Clients were also given the option to install upon demand. I was also made the escalation point of contact throughout the entire course of the rollout Programme. We also deployed office 2016 on top of the OS installations.

A C2B B2B Vehicle Trading Portal with the required resources and expertise needed to guide private owners through the process of making their cars available to be auctioned off to trusted and licensed car dealers. I created several experiments and experiment templates to conduct various A/B Test using (optimizely) for variants of the same web page and also testing them based on user interactions, visits and goals set (e.g eliminated drop-down menu for selecting cars on the homepage instead being presented a separate category dialog in place of a drop-down menu and tested both, analysed the results based on visitor counts and conversion rates. E.g When we removed the drop-down menu for cars, revenue soared by 62% in just two weeks cos we had suggested the drop downs were user friendly as compared to the separate dialogue. Automated tests and experiments were designed and implemented for several processes including Call Center Analysis leveraging the Pure Cloud unified communication technology.

As an all-rounder I was able to work in the capacity of an SEO Engineer. Coordinated with various cross-functional teams including Creatives, Marketers, Advertisers, Graphic Designers and diverse tech stakeholders to help drive organic/inorganic traffic and engagements on website in order to increase conversion rates. I was an integral part of the web development and optimisation process, also help shaped blog and social media strategy, improved website Code hygiene thereby making it easier for Search Engines to understand and crawl pages. I developed an SEO friendly Website and a secured web solution. Also successfully integrated Web to third party software and apps(e.g CRM)..

Built a WordPress Website including tailor made plugins with enhanced Portfolio Features which help manage Images including Portfolio, Product description, Category/Filter Management, Design and Media Gallery Taxonomy Customisation etc.This also included customisation of Template to suit varying needs of client. Performed a system-wide migration from Windows 7, 8 to 10 within a complex environment (different operation system builds, application architecture etc. ) along with 2 other colleagues. The migration for over 800 nodes could only be realised by way of utilising a variety of Windows 10 deployment automation options which helped streamline  in-place upgrades, clean wipes, application rollout and cloud integration and automation.

A Clinical Data outsourcing project which focused on a platform that supported both electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical data management systems (CDMS) functionality for medical data. We designed a Software that Support the length and breadth of any organization's clinical Data processes, as well as important aspects of individual clinical trial work flows and role management. This software was tailor made to fit the way  each clinical trial or recruitment functioned: all roles and responsibilities across study teams were defined and administered centrally. Built on a highly scalable architecture and based on industry standards, whether handling a single clinical trial or large-scale global Data implementation.

Participated in the full development life cycle of a mobile social network application, working with broadly and granular defined Specs from planning of infrastructure to the deployment phase . Also worked with a small deployment team that designed the mobile component of a Web Application, and also made sure the application was functional on all mobile platforms as in (Android, Microsoft, Apple).

I was an integral part of the ID Ball System Automation development and testing team which designed the TopGolf Leader board systems, Point Sales and Driving Range Software Integration. TopGolf is golf related activity similar to a driving range, but TopGolf which is more than just a driving range features computerized microchips in each golf ball that tracks a shot’s accuracy and distance while awarding points by hitting targets ranging from 20 to 250 yards away. IDBS (ID Ball System) is the software that tracks the balls and allows for game play.

This project primary focus is to implement DMS for various Organisations in Africa which will enable automation of major functions and processes in order to minimise cost generated from logistics and long processing times. The final goal is to make service more reliable and attractive.
