A C2B B2B Vehicle Trading Portal with the required resources and expertise needed to guide private owners through the process of making their cars available to be auctioned off to trusted and licensed car dealers. I created several experiments and experiment templates to conduct various A/B Test using (optimizely) for variants of the same web page and also testing them based on user interactions, visits and goals set (e.g eliminated drop-down menu for selecting cars on the homepage instead being presented a separate category dialog in place of a drop-down menu and tested both, analysed the results based on visitor counts and conversion rates. E.g When we removed the drop-down menu for cars, revenue soared by 62% in just two weeks cos we had suggested the drop downs were user friendly as compared to the separate dialogue.
Automated tests and experiments were designed and implemented for several processes including Call Center Analysis leveraging the Pure Cloud unified communication technology.
